2010 Registration Rates

Early Bird Rate through September 10th, 2010
$500.00 Early Bird Conference Registration

After September 10th, 2010
$600.00 Conference Registration
$500.00 Additional Conference Registration within Company/Organization*

*Upon successful completion of a registration for an individual at a particular company/organization, a confirmation e-mail will be generated and sent to the individual with a special discount code for registering additional individuals within the company/organization. This practice-specific code can be used an indefinite number of times for registrants within the company/organization.

Cancellation Policy

Registrants unable to attend the conference will receive a refund of the paid conference registration fee, less a $200 processing fee, provided the cancellation notification is received by September 3, 2010. Typically, refunds are not honored after September 3, 2010, although substitutions will be allowed at any time.
