Pricing Structure for eClinicalWorks:
Option 1 is the upfront model with annual SMS (Support and Maintenance).
Option 2 is a monthly subscription model, with no upfront fee or no annual SMS.
Both options are installed and run from inside the office. Option 2 can be hosted by eClinicalWorks for a $100 per month per provider hosting fee.
We work with leading hardware manufactures like Dell, HP, Toshiba and Motion to provide the best options for our customers while leaving the final hardware decision with them.
All third party software costs for the database and faxes are included. There are no additional or hidden software costs.
