eClinicalWorks Hosts Third Annual Customer Roundtable

Customer Testimonials Small | Medium | Large

Our integrated EMR and PM solutions are deployed in all 50 states across the country. We serve our customers in 6 different time zones—Hawaii, Alaska, Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern time zones. We have the experience and knowledge of working with local medical associations and local insurance policies.

eClinicalWorks has thousands of satisfied, successful customers!

  • Coastal Medical, an 85 provider, 16 office practice based in Rhode Island, has implemented eClinicalWorks for its electronic medical records and practice management initiative. “Being one of the first Rhode Island practices to implement an EMR and PM system, we were extremely selective in closing a vendor. After an exhaustive search, we found our ideal solution in eClinicalWorks. Its solutions are easy-to-use, affordable and its staff works closely with customers to make sure everything is running smoothly.” said Dr. Mark D. Jacobs, president of Coastal Medical. • Urban Health Plan is a 70+ provider Community Health Center (CHC) committed to improving the health status of the underserved communities in South Bronx, NY. Urban Health Plan has been serving the South Bronx for more than 30 years and is comprised of three main clinics, five school-based clinics, two shelters and a nursing home. A wide range of services are offered for patients of all age, including primary care, asthma relief, physical therapy and pre-natal care.

“Urban Health Plan has multiple locations in the South Bronx providing numerous specialties, making it extremely difficult to centrally manage all of the patient data we receive,” said Alison Connelly-Flores, RPA-C, EHR project manager for Urban Health Plan. “As a Community Health Center, our federal funding is reliant on the reports we submit and the quality of that data. eClinicalWorks understands this and has worked closely with us to make sure our EMR has all of the reporting and data collection capabilities we need to ensure there are no interruptions in the services we are able to provide.”
  • Summa Health System brings together physicians from three Ohio hospitals—Akron City, St. Thomas and Cuyahoga Falls General—making it one of the largest organized delivery systems in the state. With eClinicalWorks, its healthcare providers will be able to streamline internal processes between the health system’s three hospitals and promote patient safety while reducing costs. Patient Portal allows its patients and physicians to communicate easily, safely, and securely over the Internet for aspects of their care including appointments, lab results and statements. “Implementing an EMR platform through eClinicalWorks underscores to our resident candidates and our patients the value we place on continually evolving as a healthcare organization to meet the ever changing impact technology has on patient care,” said Dr. Michael Maggio, chair of Summa Health Network, Summa Health System’s physician-hospital organization.

  • Massachusetts eHealth Collaborative is a nonprofit organization coordinating a $50 million electronic medical records project in three Massachusetts communities. Each physician practice has been allowed to select the EMR of its choice without thought to cost as the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts Foundation is covering the bill as long as the EMR is integrated into the practice. eClinicalWorks has proven to be the overwhelming favorite among doctors participating this project with 170 out of 180 doctors offices selecting eClinicalWorks. This innovative project is being carefully watched by several other states.

  • Family Health Services a 65 Doctor, 13 Location Practice based in St. Paul, Minnesota, Concludes Exhaustive Industry Search with Selection of eClinicalWorks Solution. “After looking at several industry solutions we concluded that eClinicalWorks was the best option for our operation. eClinicalWorks set itself apart with its ease-of-use, superior feature-set, affordability, and thanks to our visits to their customer sites, proof positive that it would allow for our organization to optimize clinical and financial business processes, thus ensuring our long-term success.” said Paul Berrisford, the CEO of Family Health Services.

  • Greenville Hospital System a 100 + provider Multi – Specialty  that operates in 14 different  locations purchased eClinicalWorks for their  physicians as they could integrate 3 -4 different legacy systems with eClinicalWorks EMR/PM solution. Work flow automation and interoperability with other systems coupled with the desire to reduce cost radically for their individual practice were the influencing factors  for their decision of choosing eClinicalWorks as their preferred vendor.
