- HealthNet has chosen eClinicalWorks EMR/PM for its more than 110 providers and resident physicians in eight locations. HealthNet will also use eClinicalWorks Enterprise Business Optimizer (eBO) for enhanced reporting capabilities and eClinicalMessenger, a messaging service that utilizes Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP). "HealthNet is the largest FQHC in Indiana, serving thousands of families who live below the federal poverty level," said Dr. Donald Trainor, chief medical officer of HealthNet. - Crusader Community Health, one of the largest FQHCs in Illinois, has selected eClinicalWorks EMR/PM for its 54 providers across four locations. This will be used with eBO for enhanced reporting capabilities. - RiverStone Health, which operates the largest FQHC in Montana and serves residents in the Yellowstone valley area, has purchased licenses of eClinicalWorks EMR/PM to streamline operations between four FQHCs across the state. In addition to the RiverStone Health clinic sites, the organization is hosting the eClinicalWorks system for three additional FQHCs in Montana: the Butte Community Health Center in Butte; Partnership Health Center in Missoula; and Cooperative Health Center in Helena. Providers will also have access to eClinicalWorks eBO, Patient Portal and e-prescribing. "RiverStone Health provides our communities with the best health services available," said Lil Anderson, president & chief executive officer/health officer of RiverStone Health and chairman of the board for the National Association of Community Health Centers. "By creating a network of four health centers connected by one electronic health records system, we will have greater access to patient information and the ability to coordinate care across our vast state. Ease-of-use, along with sophisticated reporting capabilities, was the primary reason we selected eClinicalWorks."
- Horizon Health Center, an FQHC serving Jersey City, is using eClinicalWorks EMR/PM to streamline practice operations between three locations – making it New Jersey’s first FQHC to implement an EMR/PM system. Providers will also have access to eClinicalWorks eBO for enhanced reporting capabilities. "Horizon Health spent nearly two years searching for an electronic health records system that was a fit for our organization," said Marilyn Cintron, CEO of Horizon Health Center. - Unity Health Care, the largest CHC network in the District of Columbia, has purchased licenses of eClinicalWorks EMR/PM for more than 100 providers to streamline practice operations between 31 locations. "Unity’s patients typically include the underserved, homeless, incarcerated and formerly incarcerated so obtaining up-to-date medical documentation is challenging," said Vincent A. Keane, CEO/President. "After an exhaustive review of EMR/PM systems, we chose eClinicalWorks for the versatile and user-friendly nature of its solution. eClinicalWorks and Unity are also working closely with our staff to ensure they receive the training required to meet their various skill levels."
- Salud Family Health Centers an FQHC located in Colorado, purchased licenses of eClinicalWorks EMR/PM for more than 100 providers to streamline practice operations between nine geographically dispersed locations. "Salud was looking for a clinical system that would not only provide electronic health records but also manage the business side of the practice," said Jerry Brasher, executive director. "Chronic disease management is a critical part of patient care for many of Salud’s patients. With the use of eClinicalWorks, Salud will strengthen a provider’s ability to monitor and appropriately address any changes in a patient’s disease status."
- Urban Health Plan Inc. is a 70+ provider CHC committed to improving the health status of the underserved communities in South Bronx, NY. Urban Health Plan has been working in the South Bronx for more than 30 years and is comprised of three main clinics, five school-based clinics, two shelters and a nursing home. A wide range of services are offered for patients of all age, including primary care, asthma relief, physical therapy and pre-natal care.
- Lowell Community Health Center is located in Massachusetts and provides health care for people of all ages in the Greater Lowell area. They offer all of the health care services commonly found in a physician's office, plus laboratory, nutrition, and social services, regardless of your ability to pay. The group consists of 20 physicians and plans to continue providing services to the city and surrounding areas.

Redwood Community Health Coalition, the largest network of non-profit community health centers in California that is jointly procuring electronic medical records, has purchased licenses of eClinicalWorks EMR/PM solution, along with Patient Portal and eEHX for ten community health centers operating 18 sites of care. "With our emphasis on using data to improve the quality of care, RCHC health centers have laid a strong foundation for this major change in our operations," noted Nancy Oswald, executive director. "Implementing an electronic health exchange in conjunction with an EMR/PM system will create the coordination necessary to truly understand the needs of the population.
