170 Practices in Mass. E-Health Collaborative Choose eClinicalWorks

Massachusetts eHealth Collaborative is a nonprofit organization coordinating a $50 million electronic medical records project in three Massachusetts communities. Each physician practice has been allowed to select the EMR of its choice without thought to cost as the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts Foundation is covering the bill as long as the EMR is integrated into the practice. eClinicalWorks has proven to be the overwhelming favorite among doctors participating this project with 170 out of 180 doctors offices selecting eClinicalWorks. This innovative project is being carefully watched by several other states.
