Note: The number displayed above is the eClinicalWorks Meaningful Use Certification Number as required to display by CMS. This is NOT the number used by providers for attestation. If you are an eClinicalWorks user currently registering and attesting for Meaningful Use, please use the following eClinicalWorks EHR Certification Number:

30000001SVE6EAC

This certification number is only for practices using eClinicalWorks Version 9 with Patient Portal and Surescripts as their exclusive Meaningful Use-certified product.

Practices using EHR products other than eClinicalWorks must generate their own unique EHR certification number on the CMS Registration and Attestation website (http://oncchpl.force.com/ehrcert).

To generate your unique certification number, locate and select all products used in the practice and then add them to the cart. When all products have been selected, click the Get CMS EHR Certification ID button to generate your certification number. This is the number that users of multiple MU-certified products should use when registering and attesting for Meaningful Use.
