Imagine you can do all your computing without sitting in front of a device. Imagine taking advantage of motion tracking, speech and gesture recognition, wearable technology, and more to make digital interactions part of your day. All that computing sans keyboard and mouse, just doing its business — and your business — all in the background?

Perhaps you’ve heard of Smart Glasses. For the purposes of elevated healthcare delivery, Smart Glasses let you converse with your personal AI to catch up on messages, schedule appointments, and check out finances. Since smart glasses are wearables you can wear anywhere, you can do all these things even while watching your kid’s soccer game. (That’s elevated work-life balance, too.)

When you’re one-on-one with a patient, you can chat about various concerns. Each concern will populate a page or card visible in your Smart Glasses while you maintain eye contact.

With its commitment to the CMS Digital Health Tech Ecosystem Initiative announced by the White House earlier this year, eCW has gone all in regarding nationwide interoperability. We’ve brought a slew of AI enhancements to PRISMA Net — our Qualified Health Information Network — to allow the summarization of large document sets from external health systems. This offers problem-focused AI insights and streamlined AI-enabled data search within EMRs and external records.

Reimagine Patient Empowerment

healow® is a game changer, allowing patients to take more control of their healthcare. The healow suite of apps is a unified platform that streamlines the patient journey from booking appointments and check-in to settling balances.

healow Prime+ has added impactful capabilities regarding cost savings and prescription adherence. When patients get their prescriptions, they also get digital coupons to save on them. This is a tremendous help to uninsured patients, and the cost barrier is reduced, making it more likely that patients will get the medications they need.

After several years of rattling along with their sub-optimal EMR, Orlando Heart & Vascular Institute (OHVI) switched to eCW RCM Services. It was a big move. It was a stressful move. It was a smart move.
