A quick word about our Let’s Flamingle! Saturday Night Celebration: We wish it were still going. From the Silent Disco and live bands to the aura reader and more, there was a ton of fun to be had.
Now, back to a bit more Conference business: we’re rejuvenated and ready to discover more insights, inspiration, and innovation.
Watch What Happens with eClinicalTouch
On our final day of breakout sessions, we learned about some amazing innovations for eClinicalTouch® — facial recognition and Apple Watch integration.
Facial recognition will be an exciting step in speeding up check-ins and appointments. Take a picture with your iPad®. The facial recognition will match the patient to their information history, including future appointments. That means fewer “clicks” and clipboard activities.
And Apple® Watch integration is coming to eClinicalTouch. Let’s say you’ve already got your top-notch notes taken with Sunoh.ai™. Now you’d like to add something via dictation. No need to grab your iPhone or iPad. Just tap your watch and dictate the information you want to add to the note. (Your Apple Watch will need to be paired with your iPhone.)
These are just a couple of the AI innovations coming to eClinicalTouch that will help you power your practice.
Save More than Time with Sunoh.ai

Sunoh saves time. Providers nationwide are thanking their lucky stars that, by using Sunoh, they can finish up their visit notes and get home at a reasonable hour.
How about saving money?
Have we got a story for you, shared in an eClinicalWorks® podcast with Chad Erickson, Practice Executive at Medical Specialists Associated (MSA) in Dallas.
After attending one of our National Conferences, one of his providers decided to go all in with Sunoh. A side-by-side comparison with Sunoh and her previous scribe showed a 90% reduction in cost. Money saved: check.
The doctor noticed that roughly every seven weeks, updates to Sunoh’s note structure would co-op her note structure, improving and expediting her visit notes and making her workflow even easier.
And there’s more to come. If you caught the Keynote, you heard about ambient computing, specifically Smart Glasses. Using them with Sunoh will increase your patient engagement and build trust. According to Erickson, this will lead to better outcomes because patients with good relationships with their doctors are more likely to follow their medical advice.
Questions Answered. Insights Gained. Demos Demoed.
Thanks to our Support & Training Rooms and eCWCentral, attendees could expand their learning with one-on-one tutorials, individual Q&A sessions, and live demonstrations.
Many attendees took advantage of 20-minute sessions at Support & Training to better understand the technical and functional aspects of eCW and healow products and services.
At eCWCentral, attendees had the chance to follow up on functionalities highlighted in breakout sessions. They were even treated to live demos to see the new and future capabilities in action.
The results are excitement for the newly discovered things that eCW can do for them today and excitement for the enhancements in the following updates.
Get Home Safe and Get Ready for Nashville
Thanks for attending eCWNC25. Your excitement, enthusiasm, and participation make it all worth it. This wouldn’t be as great a Conference if it weren’t for what you, our customers, bring to the event. The future of healthcare looks great as we work on improving healthcare together.
One more thing: Save the date for October 23-25. That’s when we’re hosting our 2026 National Conference in Nashville. See you there!
