OACHC is proud to announce our 2015 Fall Conference “CommUNITY”. The conference will be held at the Sheraton Columbus at Capitol Square from September 28th-30th with exhibitors on site the 29th & 30th, and set up on the 28th. The organization currently represent 45 CHC Organizations with over 235 health center sites in 64 counties across the state. Combined, they make up the largest primary care network in the state of Ohio, serving over 570,000 patients in 2014.
