Nevada Primary Care Association 2024 Annual Care Conference

Nevada the intentional practice of community gives us a sense of purpose. We are at the same time built from and contributing to the community around us. We thrive when we feel like we belong and when we can help others belong, too. Teams work best when everyone is focused on being a great partner. Health centers work best when they are fully invested in their patients, their partners, and their neighbors. This conference is about coming together around health centers in Nevada and working to elevate our commonality, connection, and potential.
