Instead of queueing reports, Health Information Systems Manager Tyson Wise opens one dashboard each morning. When uncoded allergies became a tracked measure, the team coded entries and watched the count drop from nearly 100% to about 30%. By restoring automatic allergy checking, the dashboard helps strengthen patient safety and system oversight.
