Social Determinants of Health

Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) refer to the many non-medical factors, including housing, employment history, and family and community supports, that contribute to overall physical and mental health. eClinicalWorks addresses SDOH with evidence-based tools and guidelines to assess patients’ socioeconomic and psychosocial characteristics. We create structured data that can be aggregated across organizations to help meet workflow requirements for clinical staff, patient navigators, and social workers.

healow Open Access

healow Open Access® for online appointment booking helps providers reduce no-shows, keep schedules full, and reduce administrative burdens on staff, while offering patients the convenience of requesting and/or booking their own appointments.
