Integrated Health Network Selects eClinicalWorks for Population Health Management and Electronic Health Records Across 45 Practices
WESTBOROUGH, Mass.—August 26, 2014—eClinicalWorks®, a leader in ambulatory healthcare IT solutions, today announced that Northern New Jersey’s CarePoint Health System, an integrated health network, has selected eClinicalWorks comprehensive electronic health records (EHR) solution for its 45 medical practices. CarePoint will also utilize the eClinicalWorks Care Coordination Medical Record® (CCMR) for population health management. This agreement will enable CarePoint, which runs Meditech in-patient systems in its three hospitals, to bring Cloud-based technologies to standardize its separate practices on a single EHR platform and improve care coordination.
