We’ve retained everything you love about the classic support portal — and added functions and features that will get you to the information you need more easily and quickly than ever.

The modern features easy-to-navigate drop-down menus. You’ll see what’s trending, helping you know what other practices are searching for, and what’s new in the world of healthcare.

For those who learn best visually — or just want a quick tour of everything the new support portal offers — we’ve included a video. In a little more than two minutes we’ll sketch the new features and the enhancements we’ve made to your old favorites.

We’ve added a marketing section where, with a couple of clicks, you can view detailed information about every product and service that eClinicalWorks® and healow® have to offer. A simple click on the tile for a given product or service takes you to a landing page that contains everything you need to know. And you can click the “follow” option to stay informed about the very latest developments with any given topic.

Global notifications

The global notifications section is exactly what it sounds like — a one-stop shop that shows you everything that is new and trending on the support portal. You’ll see the latest advisories on patient safety, security, and compliance. And you can access the settings option to customize the delivery of your notifications.

For providers and practices looking for refreshers on everything from eBO reporting to Population Health, we’ve added a shortcut to take you directly to eCW University, with no essays to write, application forms, or tuition to pay.

Knowledge base

At the heart of the support portal is our knowledge base, where you’ll find details and documentation about every product we offer. And each product or service page comes with a search option that allows users to search for whatever information they need.

Implementation central makes communication between client practices and product managers easier than ever, showing all projects that are in implementation, including the status and how far a given project is toward completion.

Our helpdesk remains a critical resource for every practice. Here you’ll be able to work with your case managers, more easily open a case by using a new set of menus, view the status of any case you have created, and request additional provider licenses.
