eCW Podcast: eClinicalWorks Day at a City Near You

Recently, we went live with a podcast regarding eClinicalWorks Day, a free educational and networking event located in various cities across the U.S. In this episode, we visit with several of the 200 attendees at the Tampa, Fla., location. We learn about their favorite aspects of these training and demo sessions, including how to achieve Meaningful Use and seeing the latest product enhancements.

Brian Saal, our host, speaks with eClinicalWorks’ employees and eClinicalWorks Days experts, Satish Khakhar, Rick Bishop and Harikaanth Racherla, to discuss the enjoyment they receive from traveling to these events. Each of them explain how meeting face-to-face with customers is able to help them better understand the issues they encounter.

eClinicalWorks Day events feature free educational and training sessions for practices, visiting a new city each week. Our Product Specialists and Trainers provide an afternoon of sessions about the eClinicalWorks products and services, incentive programs, patient engagement strategies and more. The days serve as an opportunity for organizations to network and connect with fellow local eClinicalWorks’ users as well as meet with our support representatives and trainers. Our goal for every 2016 eClinicalWorks Day is simple – to provide customers with the ultimate customer experience and improve healthcare together.
